In addition, the house has clean, recently refinished, well lit basement for storage, workout equipment, etc… Finally, we offer off-street parking for two small to medium sized cars, an average sized back yard (by Somerville standards), and 3 porches.

Finally, this house is dog-friendly (sorry, no cats).

We offer central heating (not cooling), and 3 zones in the house (so you can control the temperature on each floor). The house has solar panels which will significantly reduce your electrical bill (for example we currently pay close to $0.00 during the summer months).

Asking rent is $3800 a month.
